    First you mucked up my order.

    Then I said the the ice creams were melted and all you did was put a fresh lot of ice cream on top of the old ice cream and heated up the chips. Don't say you will replace the order when you just put fresh stuff on top. Not great service Mooroolbark Maccas!

    After 15 minutes I attracted an employee, after they had taken the meal to a car that had just pulled up.

    Second you put me into the parking spot with ice cream and frozen drinks along with chips and one of the burgers.

    Can't get coffee in a glass or mug after 4.00pm. I don't like drinking in house with takeaway paper cups. Won't go there for coffee again

    Most the staff have a real smartass attitude and have had for years. The manager needs to keep a closer eye on the drive thru staff

    Friendly service but I ordered a caramel tart and when it came out they put it on the corner of the food tray with no plate or anyone under it. Just plonked on next to my drink. Just thought a plate or serviette would have been nice.
