  We went in to the Chirnside Park Store...I recognized the sales person who approached us. He had sold me a mattress some 3 years earlier and I was impressed with his service on that occasion. Hence why we returned. On this occasion we received the same professional help and I am very grateful for his insight, knowledge, patience and good humor!

  Lousy. "Bought" a bed there for my mother - after they took the money they said the bed would be ready in 4 -5 days. I rang after a week and they said it would be ready in another week. I rang after two weeks and they said it would be ready in "a day or two". Three weeks later the bed and base arrived, whithout ringing first - and they said the headboard would be ready "in about a week", until then they offered "a loan". In each case they said they would ring when the bed was ready, in each case they did not ring. Nowhere did they say "order beds" - they said "beds for sale" and took the money. They gained a financial advantage by deception - that's fraud in my book. I thought this country was better than that.
