  If I can give minus one star I definitely will. For your franchisee seriously not treating customers well enough. you guys please do some training to your staff and especially to your current female manager, learn how to know , understand and deal with your customers especially local customers , lack of training won't help your business grow !!!!

  Just moved to the area and would recommend shopping around for a better gym. My opinion is that the club is too expensive for what you get; it lacks transparency and needs to be maintained better. PROS: good atmosphere, womens section is a nice concept, lots of equipment and space, staff are friendly, good variety of classes, 24hr access. CONS: very expensive contracts that trap you (nothing is complimentary), minimal courtesy communication, staff occasionally disappear on their shift, staff could improve on customer service skills (still friendly though), floorboards need maintaining, cleaners loiter while you shower, change rooms aren't as clean as you would expect (there was shampoo on a wall for about 2 months at one point), about a quarter to a third of the cardio machines need fixing (no joke, once I tried four random cross trainers until one actually worked!). Sorry Mooroolbark Goodlife but you're just not up to scratch when there is so much competition.
